  • Frankfurt Arena: Frankfurt boasts 47,000 capacity for its stadium, ranking fifth among all the cities in Germany. Built in 1925, the arena has seen numerous big events ever then.
  • Leipzig Stadium opened in 2004 following reconstruction within the biggest stadium in East Germany, the Zentralstadion. Forty thousand individuals call it home.
  • Capacity of the Cologne Stadium is 43,000.

Group Stages

Group stages follow the UEFA from Euro 2020 in structure. Twenty out of twenty-three teams were chosen by the group stage to move to the final event. There were essentially ten groupings separating every one of the 53 UEFA associations. Three groups comprise six teams; seven groupings have five.

A particular team choosing procedure bases on a set of criteria which teams move on to the knockout phases. In the end, it depends on the Nations League's general rankings.

The Euro 2024 events seem to be conducted using no new policies or procedures. The play-offs, or finals, employ single-leg knockout contests. Teams get 30 minutes of additional playtime and a penalty shoot-out at the end if the scores are level following the regular time.

Tickets to the Tournament

The Euro 2024 competition is scheduled for June 14 until July 14. While fans can start booking tickets for the finals in March and April 2024, initial sales started in October 2024.

Sales phases are under control of qualified federations and the UEFA itself. Given tickets are projected to sell out somewhat rapidly, it is advisable to act immediately.

To monitor the choices, it is advisable to visit the UEFA ticket web often. Websites include StubHub, Viagogo, and EventsCompare let you search the secondary market for tickets. To be well informed, though, you have to review the terms and conditions of transactions.

For semi-final games, tickets normally start at €50. The finals will cost you maybe €1,000.

Trivia West Germany hosted the event in 1988; also, some games were conducted in Germany in the European-wide tournament of 2021.

Following the 2020 edition postponed until 2021 due to the epidemic, the event resumes to its customary four-year cycle in 2024.
